At Bhavani Book House & Stationery, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:
- Order CancellationOrders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
- Cancellation After ShipmentOnce the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, cancellation may still be considered with applicable charges.
- Cancellation Charges
- If the order is cancelled after shipment, shipping charges, return shipping charges, and any other applicable handling charges will be deducted from the refund.
- These charges depend on the courier partner and delivery location.
- Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If the order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be processed.
- If cancelled after shipment, refund will be processed after deducting applicable charges.
- Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days to the original payment method.
- Non-Cancellable ItemsCertain items such as customized, special orders, or bulk orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
